We'll meet at the White Tower of Thessaloniki at the time indicated to start this fantastic tour. You'll learn all about the most authentic Greek food in the city.
Firstly, we'll visit one of the city's most iconic markets: Kapani Market. We'll explore the stalls of traditional food and products from the regions of Macedonia and Thrace. You'll feel like you've stepped back in time!
Then, we'll walk to the centre of Thessaloniki to reach Athonos Square. Here, you'll see an incredible amount of tea, spices, dried fruit, seafood and cheese stalls. The list goes on!
We'll also visit the neighbourhood of Louloudadika, in the old town. We'll enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the bars, cafés, flower shops and, of course, Greek food shops. Then, we'll head to Modiano market, also full of life and tradition.
Get ready to taste authentic Greek coffee alongside various dishes from the region, such as Mpougatsa, traditional deserts, Koulouri, Greek Souvlaki, and spinach pastry... What are they all made from? Find out with each bite!
Finally, we'll end this food tour of Thessaloniki after 2 hours in Aristotelous Square.
