At 10 am we'll meet you at the appointed pickup spot in Kathmandu. Have you been feeling stressed? Do you feel like you need a day of relaxation in the Nepalese capital? Then you're in the right place!
We'll take care of your transport to the massage and sauna center where you'll enjoy a relaxing zen experience. When you enter, you can go directly to the sauna area where you'll find the steam room. You'll renew your energy and say goodbye to the stress in your mind and body.
After this, it's time for a one-hour massage, your worries and tension will be no match for the skilled traditional massage therapists. You'll be able to choose the intensity of the massage. You'll come out as good as new!
Finally, you can take a shower to end this relaxing experience in Kathmandu. We'll swing by to pick you up and take you back to your hotel or meeting point at 4 pm.

If you're staying in the Thamel area, we'll pick you up from your hotel at the agreed time. If your hotel is outside this area, we'll meet you at the Ice and Fire Pizzeria restaurant.
