Having been picked up from your hotel in the Nepalese capital, you'll be taken to Shivapuri Nagarjun National Park. After being kitted out with all the equipment you'll need, and checking that you're safe and ready to go, you'll begin your rock climb.
Depending on your level of experience and ability, your experienced English-speaking guide will adapt the route to different climbs of simple, moderate or expert difficulty. They'll give you the guidance you need to scale the steep rocky walls of the national park. The physical exertion is well worth it, as you'll enjoy the most spectacular views over the Shivapuri Nagarjan valley and its surroundings when you reach the top.
At the end of your rock climb, you'll return to your original starting point, where you'll have time to relax, gather your strength, and eat any snacks that you brought with you. Finally, you'll be dropped back off at your hotel in Kathmandu.
