La Palma

2021 marked a turning point in the history of La Palma. The eruption of the Cumbre Vieja volcano changed the lives of many people on the island and caused devastating damage. As the eruption has now finished, La Palma’s residents can begin to rebuild.
As tourism is one of the main sources of revenue for La Palma, visitors are now able to come to the island and experience its numerous charms. Despite the destruction caused by the eruption, the island has many natural attractions that always enchant visitors. You could spend a magical evening stargazing underneath the night sky, go hiking in the Caldera de Taburiente National Park or the Los Tilos forest and hop on a yacht or a take a boat trip around the island. There’s something for everyone!
Turin

Italy will host the Eurovision Song Contest in 2022 after the victory of the rock band Måneskin in 2021, making Piedmont’s capital one of the best places to visit this year. This liner was designed in Belfast, Northern Ireland, at the turn of the 20th century. For this reason, the city hosts a permanent exhibition at the Titanic Belfast that tells the story of the tragedy.
Doha

You probably already know that the 2022 World Cup will be played in Qatar! This sporting event will take place between the months of November and December to avoid the country’s scorching summer heat. Stadiums in Doha such as the Al Thumama and the 974 will host some of the matches played during the competition.
Given the lively atmosphere in the country, Doha is definitely one of the best places to travel to in 2022. You can make the most of your visit by heading to the exhibitions at the Museum of Islamic Art, travelling to the Katara Cultural Village, browsing the stalls at the traditional market of Souq Waqif or going on a safari in the Qatari desert.
London

We usually don’t need an excuse to visit the capital of the United Kingdom, but this year we’ve got a great one! 2022 marks 70 years since Queen Elizabeth II’s coronation, which took place on 6th February 1952.
Numerous events will take place in London and across the UK during the bank holiday weekend, which will be celebrated from 2nd to 5th June. One of these events is the Birthday Parade (also known as Trooping the Colour) on 2nd June, which will see a marvellous parade of 1,400 soldiers, 200 horses and 400 musicians make their way down The Mall to the Horse’s Guard. Another exciting event is the Service of Thanksgiving that’ll be held at St. Paul’s Cathedral in central London.
While your chances of winning a ticket in the ballots for these events may be slim, you can still explore the historic cathedral with one of our tickets or take a guided tour of the city.
Dubai

Have you got your ticket yet for Expo 2020 Dubai? A total of 191 countries are taking part in this World Expo, which will run until March 2022. Florence
